Open Trails:

Maybe take the RailRunner to Bernallio? Some of the low lying trails are open for a day or so, then another storm mucks them out. Parts of the Caja Del Rio may be rideable, but the mud out there is awful, I have seen derailliers melted from people attemping to ride in the clay. South of Tetilla Peak will probably be rideable by the weekend (3/27) but if you see mud, turn around. It will not get better.

Does anybody know about the Nambe trails? Email me at info@robandcharlies.com

Cerrillos Hills

These are our lowest elevtion trails, and are generally south facing, with sandy soils, making them rideable when a little moist.

Directions: South on 14 to Village of Cerrillos, turn right off 14, turn right again, crossing river. Trails are in front of you, this is county open space.

Lamy Trails

South facing so they melt off quick. Access is off 285 just south of the railroad tracks, turn right and there are a series of trails.
